Works with Todoist

Plan the week, not the day.

FocusSheet is a weekly cadence, not a calendar. Decide which of your Todoist projects you focus on each weekday. Tasks on an assigned day auto-reschedule to the same weekday next week if they aren't done.

Cadence, not calendar

A week you can actually keep.

Calendars are great at time. They're bad at focus. FocusSheet inverts it: you don't schedule tasks to moments — you commit a project to a weekday. Then the week just repeats.

Decide once, then live the week.

Set your focus once. No re-planning, no weekly reset. The same Monday happens every Monday.

Tasks roll forward, not back.

Anything unfinished on its focus day quietly reschedules to the same weekday next week. No guilt carry-over, no bottomless inbox.

Works with your existing Todoist.

Connect your Todoist once. Your projects become the topics you focus on. Your tasks stay in Todoist — that's where they belong.

How it works

Three small decisions.

No onboarding wizard, no getting-started checklist. You'll be done in a minute.

01

Connect Todoist

Paste your API token. We pull your projects — never your emails, not your other data.

02

Assign projects to weekdays

Drag each project you care about onto the weekday you'll focus on it. Park the rest.

03

Let the week run

Work from Todoist like always. Unfinished tasks quietly move to the same day next week.

FAQ

A few honest answers.

Short and direct. If something else is on your mind, write to us.

Does FocusSheet replace Todoist?
No. Todoist stays your source of truth for tasks. FocusSheet sits on top of it and tells it which day each project's tasks belong to.
What does "recurring cadence" actually mean?
There are no dates in FocusSheet. No "today," no week ranges. You commit a project to a weekday once — and that commitment repeats every week until you change it.
What happens to tasks I don't finish on their day?
They auto-reschedule to the same weekday next week. So if Tuesday is your "Writing" day and you don't finish the draft, it quietly lands on next Tuesday.
Can I park a project without deleting it?
Yes — drop it in the Ignored column. It stays in your Todoist, it just doesn't appear on any weekday until you assign it again.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, for personal Todoist accounts. Teams and larger workspaces are coming — let us know if that describes you.
